Lil Bit accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date for store credit only. Store credit excludes shipping and gift wrapping fees. All items including clothing, toys and miscellaneous bits must be returned in mint condition with original tags and packaging.
Returns for Lil Bit Bags can be made for only the entire Lil Bit Bag contents and not individual items in the bag unless an item was defective or damaged.
Additionally, we will allow for certain exchanges on individual items where sizing was incorrect. All exchanges are subject to availability and at the digression of management. We strive to create a wonderful gifting experience for all and will do our very best to accommodate all parties to the best of our abilities.
Credits will be issued by email within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned packages to our 3rd Street storefront.
IN STORE RETURNS
Lil Bit is happy to exchange or issue a store credit for items purchased in store or online at our W 3rd Street shop within 14 days of original purchase or shipment receipt. We kindly request that returns are accompanied with original or gift receipts. For instore returns on shipped items, we require that packages were shipped by Lil Bit and not 3rd parties. Store credits do not expire and can be used at the Lil Bit shop or online.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed defective by management.
